Mini Marbled Cherry

Cheesecakes


18 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Oreos)
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper liners for 18 cupcakes. Place 1 cookie in the bottom of each paper liner. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in half can of pie filling. Fill each muffin liner with mix, about 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes. When cool, top each with spoonful of remaining pie filling.
